Shipping and Returns

What is your order turnaround time?

Turnaround is approximately 7 days. 5 working days for apparel orders or 3 working days for mugs and posters, with the addition of delivery time. ‘Inflict Design’ is but one person, and although I can do a lot of things, producing prints myself isn’t one of them, especially to meet the more Eco-friendly approach I’d prefer. All of my products are printed out-of-house by a carefully selected printing service, as a result I cannot nip into the next room to expedite individual orders or interfere with the process at all. So please be patient and contact me with any concerns, and I’ll do my best to work them out.

Estimated shipping times

All UK orders are shipped fully tracked with proof of delivery from Royal Mail or DPD, depending on the order.

Since I’m based in the UK, these are my printer’s fastest shipping methods, with most orders delivered within 1-2 days after dispatch.

I can offer three methods for shipping orders within the UK.

Please note that the estimated delivery time applies only after the order is fulfilled, and there is a lead time of 3-5 working days for the production of all orders.

RETURNS

Currently, to keep waste and costs to a minimum, each product is printed to order. So please understand that unless there is a fault with the order/item, such as damage to the product, misprints or receiving the wrong size or colour, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. I’m more than happy to replace damages or errors and happy to discuss orders on a case by case basis, but by purchasing from my website, you agree to these terms & conditions. Please review your order carefully before checkout and check the sizing guides if necessary.

Upon receiving your goods, you have 14 working days to get in contact and report any issues to receive a full refund. Otherwise, I will only accept exchanges for other similarly priced goods or credit notes to be used at another time.

The returned item will be inspected once it arrives back to me and cannot be visibly worn, must not have been damaged, marked or smell in any way, or be in any condition that I deem renders the item unsellable. All items must be returned with all relevant swing tags, labelling and branding and with the original packaging together with the supplied receipt/invoice.

Any items returned which do not comply with the return of goods policy will be returned to the customer and will not be accepted for refund until such time that the above conditions are met. This does not affect your statutory rights and is in compliance of the relevant UK laws.

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

Whilst rare, parcels can go missing in the post. I cannot issue replacement orders until 10 working days after dispatch for the UK and 28 days for EU & RoW. This is because I cannot claim from Royal Mail until this time. 

If an order does not arrive, I recommend checking at your local post office and confirming your submitted address before contacting me. Please also note that I must be notified within 60 calendar days of any orders that have not arrived. After this time I cannot replace any orders free of charge.

PACKAGING

All packaging is plastic free!

  • Matte & lustre art prints are rolled in acid-free tissue paper and put into a triangular weather-proof reinforced cardboard tube (with no plastic ends).
  • Mugs and water bottles will be packed directly into bespoke smash-proof boxes.
  • Garments like t-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts will be packed directly into a weatherproof, kraft paper mailing bag.
